DECEMBER 26,2008 Newark FD transmitted the box for a fire at 72 Foundry Street in the 5th Battalion. On arrival of Engine 16, heavy smoke was showing from large 1&2 story warehouse. BC5 arrived and struck a 2nd Alarm. As heavy fire broke out the rear and cockloft of the structure, DC1 transmitted the 3rd Alarm. Mutual Aid covered the city firehouses.
